Returns & Refunds

At Rei Candles, every candle is handcrafted with care in small batches. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been used or burned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels.
