Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

UK Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs

• Free UK delivery on orders over £30
• Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout for orders below £30.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by Royal Mail, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

REI Candles cannot be responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
